*behind the times*
hmm...recently i realised something shocking abt me...i'm soooo "behind the time"...get wat i meant? ok...actually it had been ongoing...but it's getting obvious and i was kinda affected...u muz be thinking...wat the hell i'm yakking abt...it's all about branding & following up the trend lohz...in simple words...i'm "late-dated" (updated but slow...)watever i do....i'll be the slow one...be it the fashion sense, thoughts, keeping on...etc...it's like so scary suddenly...tell u smthing funny....at the age of 13-15...i was speeding too fast, wearing auntie clothes and trying to be mature...simply not behaving a sweet young innocent...but at the age of 16-17, i shld be evolving into a mature young lady wif sensible dress sense...but i'm running back to sweet gal childish look...argh...u see...haiz....more ppl are getting brand conscious....but for me...i'm going 'cheap & good' conscience...i noe this may be a virtue...but not for my current age mahz....making me like so cheapskate...dunno if i shld be happy or sad...the problem is tat i was seduced by the brands...hoping i can wear branded stuff to fit in the society... u can walk around my sch & discover 80% of the student population wear branded shoes and carry branded bags...guess wat...my shoes only cost one tenth of theirs...u see...the gap....i was thinking...maybe soon i'll shower myself with some branded stuff when i earned my own money....but i'll always be catching up the trend...i juz wonder y ppl like my age has so much money to offer....then my mum said to me..."they got savings mahz...u lehz?"...yep...my savings are measly...i juz upgraded my m1 plan today...yep...went to change for my fav hp...the nokia L'Amour Collection...7360...it's not a new hp so to say...it had been in the hp market for at least a few months liaoz....the 1st time i saw it...it cost abt $300 plus...now lehz...i dun even need to pay a single cent after trading my old phone...value dropped so much....then the functions are okay only...haiz...no choice....no budget for expensive 3G phones....hahaz...my one week gruelling extra lessons week are over...it's like soooo fast...left 3 pathetic weeks and i'm not revising properly...kinda stressed up cos if i dun do well...i'll be sooo dead...now i'm even going chem tuition (not the usual me hor?)...anyone can juz tell me how to study and play well, providing end result of acceptable grades? cuess nobody noes...haiz...but anyway...i'll try to figure my way to kill 2 birds wif 1 stone successfully...hahahaz....oh ya...one last thing to say...my sch got a new cca called J-FIRE...it's a jap club specialising in anime, manga, j-pop, drama serials and many more....ARGH...why do they want to set up this club only NOW? i feel like crying....boo hoo....
